GT, I'm mainly centering my memories on this particular period in time because it was the best time of my life. Strong friendship bonds were formed and after meeting up again after 24 years of losing touch with those dudes like Tony(my best guy friend in F6)-seems we still click. Eventhough all are married and have families of our own, the friendship factor's still there. Peter Aron, I knew from my other school days; early secondary years and we always kept in touch till the year after I left F6. Found out in F6 that he was Tony's best friend in Sibu(where Peter went to school and where Peli was working at that time)so that's how it is. When we all get together nowadays we always talk about how nice it would be to meet up with Peter again.Since I spent much of my time last year tracking down old classmates for our reunion, Tony suggested that my "assignment" for this year was to try my skills at flushing Peter out from wherever he was! And I did it, thanks to the little piece of info from you! If I can find a picture that Peter and I had taken together when we were in our teens, I'll post that-just for the fun of it! More later-have a good day!

Podgykat, I know..it was fun and no doubt the best days of our lives! I understand how you guys are friends now. You know as well as I do, there are so many ex-Tanjung Lobang browsing nowadays, young, old, nenek, datuk, mak bapak are all dot.com savvy ehh. As a matter of fact, the creator or owner of Dayak website(RD) is ex-Tanjung Lobang..extremely nice guy.Unfortunately for me, I don't have the luxury and the liberty to stay in touch with my mates..most of them are MIAs!!Anyway, keep on bloggin'..try to revise you comment moderation..checking "no" pun sama because someone still have to log in with verification invovled lah. It's safe.

Lots of changes back home now-in lots of areas.Malaysia's catchin' up with the rest of the world, katakan.Haha. Have a good day!

Sorry GT,my compasses pointed me in another direction, you're not an "okie" after all -Alabama's where you're at now right? Apologies.

Podgykat, I have been "Sarawak born southern bred" for more than two decades!!! And must admit that I have a 'little' southern slang in me too. Ya been back home several times..my folks enjoyed it especially the kids..Got twisted around at the airport in M'sia too..hahaha!!Ya, in Alabama, not an "okie" and you are in Limbang? Henry ya..managed to say hi then disappeared underneath the thickness of work-stacks..hahaha. GTG, another game(WC)is about to be aired live!

Hi GT, nice to know your kids enjoyed their trip here.Sometimes they need to have this glimpse into "your" world as it were, to know their roots. Pretty interesting for kids. Am not from Limbang; Kuching's where I'm at.You must have seen me in school, hanging around with Tony, haha. Enjoy the game!
