Kaban sekelas....
Bala kami ti begulai kelas ari pom empat enggau pom lima nyau pambar beridar ngisi bilik sekula pom enam baruh. Kengka bala kami ti bisi pulai datai napatka tempat alai nyengulaka diri nyau bechampur enggau nembiak baru ti di anjung upis pelajar menua Sarawak belajar di Tanjung Lobang. Kelas pom enam A three aduh ehhh ....berapa iku aja kami ti lama..aki gerubi, Kenneth Numan, King Kawi, Cinderella Phillip, Jacqueline Ajang, dipegulaika enggau bala ti baru baka Stanley Thomas(Kanowit) Ngau Ajeng(Long Atip), Stephen Changgai, Ganing, Karulin Gaun, Mary(Mukah enggau Dalat), Lina Libau(Kuching), Supang(Bario), Mohd. Daud enggau Sazali Suip(Marudi) enggau dua tiga iku ti bukai mega. Endang ari 1982 tu meh bulu, kulit enggau kukut bala pom enam baruh A3 ditemu bala pengajar enggau bala sesama sekula laban penatau indu enggau lelaki enda jauh ari pangan diri. Bala lelaki tak penginsap magang kelimpah ari Ganing, Mohd. Daud enggau Kenneth(semadi nepuk nyamuk aja..ku tudah kaban). Pemintar ngerebakka bup enda mega kurang tajapan agi rindu bebulan madu munyi ku bala maya tu...bedau maya ku bala keda deh!
Silver Jubilee...
Tu meh pengerindang enggau pengerami besai di atur sekula Tanjung Lobang. Peluang alai betundi begagai muai penat puas duduk serta lari digagai pengajar enda masuk kelas! Enda mukai mukai, bisi ga bala mensia ti enda nyamai ati meda pangan diri lantang serta gaga. Entah nama kebuah kini tang tiap tiap iku kitai mensia nemu nginsur pikir enggau runding..rindu enggau enda rindu endang bisi kebuah! Tu meh pun kami ti dikumbai manchal serta tatau tu di gusung urang ari luar ti udah bekerja bebini beranak lalu di beri jaku tangkan di suruh bejaga jaga laban pagila lusa tau di ipa urang di sebelah pasar Miri! Pengamai pun enda meh ditemu tang bisi angin laut china selatan madahka kami laban ti bisi ngachau bala nembiak ti dudi masuk maya minggu orientasi! Ka ngeriput...ah enda meh pengajar peduli. Selamat datai ngagai dunya ti bebagi badak! Tak nadai mega udah ngembuan ati deka bedengki enggau urang lebih agi diri sebansa! Laban ti enda nemu bulu pangan diri..nyau bila ila..nyau beKuching beSimanggang..nyelai ga penemu. "Ahh kapa ibuhka utai bakanya," ku bala keda ga. "Nya lah kita tu manchal enda nemu badu badu..tuyu," ku indu dara Sarikei siku nganu aku! "Ukai tak nganu urang..nya ga betundi suba..kami pan lebih agi diperinsa bala seniors..enda meh kami bekumbai nyuruh ibu aya datai meri warning..enti ngajar enda ga ngawa..tu tak renjan jaku mandangka pengisin udah ngirup..anang guai meh," ku tudah aki gerubi! Tinggalka dia dulu.."Bah..bisi dry gin dua butul di room dia. Aram kitai nyamah nya," ku tudah Pok ngumbai bala bebai ngirup di buding! Pergis kaban, ahhh nama pun utai tu kelia ahhh..nya pan enti nuan bisi ngerebak nyenguk Pintu Dunya Aki GerubiTuai hehehe..

Enda chamang chamang tudah tuansipol siku tu ngatur pengawa enggau pengelikun sekula. Baka aki manang ula ti nudukka diri lalu mantaika lupung batu pemandang betenggauka jalai muntang enda melintang pukang. Udah dua taun beturut turut nitihka adat atur chara sekula..anak sekula seniors ari pom enam atas ti mangku pengawa nyadi tuai sekula di tukar ganti enggau bala pom enam baruh! Chara betukar ganti endang baka kitai bepilih nyunting undi milih tuai! Asss apai nyau kimpin enggau bala ga tudah aki gerubi, kimpin ka Boyek laban ti disabung nyadi menteri lumba enggau main! Enchaluk di suruh bediri tak enggai ga kaban..saying wasn't his cup of tea! "Not interested me," ku kaban nyaut. Joe, lapa nuan enda enggau bediri maya tu suba? Hehehehe kelalu 'kiruh' pia? Ah endang ari pom empat kelia udah meda tuansipol nukar chara megai sekula kami udah nemu munyi ku serbana kaban siku ti munyi tu, " kecik kecik sudah tau pun". Sigi endang pama deh. Bisi meh tuju enggau kebuah tuansipol ngatur sekula bakatu. Nemu nya 'nguji, nyuba, nerai' tauka peritis ngelatih nembiak tauka diri empu nyadi tuai hmmm ila meh kitai sama sama meda! Nemu nya hmmm lembau bejaku..bedau maya iya! Kapa enda begantung dulu. Apoooo nyau baka 'mini-Sarawak' pendiau kami di Tanjung Lobang..bisi Minister of Public Work, Minister of Sports, enggau menteri bukai mega.

Maam, thanks to you too..Lina was my classmate for 2 solid years..very reasonable and intuitive of course..Their brother, Anthony, was our junior then! All went on becoming somebody..some are no where to be found..still MIA!

Maam, I received email from Diana few days back. She seems to be doing well..proud of her. One of the nicer ladies while in Tanjung..humbled and not high-nosy katakan. Have you tried picasa or flickr and try to upload!! hmmmm I wonder why lah!

Ahhh we used to gather around..listening and playing that 'Always Somewhere' 'holiday' and 'when the smoke is going down' with our old defaced acoustics in Tanjung Lobang..and of course..all the Blues Gang set.
Now..countrimental lah sikit!!
Haha GT, Always Somewhere, etc all really nice songs! When I have the chance, usually while driving; and when I can slip my disc into the player without it being promptly replaced by REM,Tool,9inch Nails etc that the kids listen to-I just enjoy my Scorpions etc. I especially like rock ballads! Guns & Roses, also. Haha

You are right, aku endang not even short-listed as candidate nyadi menteri leboh maia nya suba(1982)& you know damn well why..
Well, in those days those Menteris bedau nemu or takut ngiga kantau, as yet,...except menteri in charge of Kooperasi. So just pangkat to boost up egos & not to mention the work load or the responsibilities expected from them, albeit without expecting any immediate beneficial (financial) return.
But you remember GeRubi, I was the more fortunate person around, eh..
I have a golden goose constantly laying those golden eggs for the taking.
I was elected the Pengarah (Director) kelab Fotografi in 1982 - 1983! When I took over in 1982 the Account for the said club was RM 29.85...and when I handed over the post in 1983, I make sure it remains the same, no more & no less ! I did it that way because all the previous Pengarah did the same...so I was not about to break 'That Golden Eggs' for my replacements in the years to come..
(I was never told specifically nor expected to earn/fill up the coffer, FOR the club per se !)
While being the Pengarah, that also means I was the official Kolej Photographer for 1982&1983. The photos in the Kolej Magazine for both years were almost 99 % my contribution. Imagine the thousands of photos that I took for that whole period and the amount generated from such sales !
(It certainly does pay off for my smoking habit in those days) Ha ha.
That is also the reason I can remember almost as many as you do, our Kolejians back then because I still have lots of those photos around - nicely kept & Laminated. Once I have them all Scanned then I will show them all in my Blog..
You see GeRubi, from back then I know what are "The Opportunities" when I see one....and that does contribute to 'Who I am NOW, that is, I am never at a loss to choose and grab whatever benefit there is coming my way.....

Joe, endang amat munyi ku nuan kaban. Sapa menteri in-charge kooperasi suba? I used to send folks nyengkau utai ti nadai ari nya kelia eh..sapa menteri pemakai? enda ingat agi aku ahh..Yes..I remember you being one of most fortunate one ehh..me and some??? haiya..you know..under constant accusation aja ja..bisi aja utai dipetenahka sida sebala...But I remember well mayuh bala kitai tak enggai disuruh nyadi Menteri..me? with my reputation hmmm blacklisted till the end..they would be fools mai aku into the group. I see it now as the great divide, class stratification, etc..

Gambar kitai diting bisi Joe? I kind of figure you would keep all the negatives for future references ahh. I think you told me lebuh aku ngusung nuan in 1984! I'd love to see them pictures kaban! Too bad..nadai gambar betikika buah nyiur!
